Default Network Activity Monitor

Hey guys. So i'm running OSX, and my internet's through HughesNet -- easily the crappiest, stupidest, most gay satellite internet company ever. Part if the reason being, there's a rolling 24 hour download limit of only 425MB. If the limit's blown, the speed's throttled to 1.5KB/s. So. Torrents are interesting, to say the least. What I'm looking for, is some type of application to monitor network traffic and bytes up/down. Easy, right? Well, all I can find is stuff that you can set to reset at midnight or another time each day -- but no *rolling* 24 hours. Which if you think about it really does make a big difference. Plus I have unlimited U/D between 2 and 6 am, so if it has a way to "pause" the 24 hour packet count, that would be nice. Though not entirely essential.

Anyone know of any software out there? or.... somebody feel like coding up a nice little chunk of javascript or applescript?
